CBA class action names Narev, Livingstone

by
October 09, 2017

CBA chief executive Ian Narev has been named in Federal Court proceedings against the bank.

Litigation funder IMF Bentham says Federal Court proceedings have been issued in the shareholder class action against Commonwealth Bank.

IMF says its funding of the class action over the lender's failure to disclose alleged breaches of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism funding laws is now unconditional.

The start of the class action claim period has been extended back by more than six weeks and is now open to those who purchased CBA shares between July 1, 2015 and August 3, 2017.
