Fallen former AFL star Ben Cousins has again faced court from jail over a drug-related charge.

Cousins was in late March sentenced to one year behind bars for stalking and repeatedly breaching a violence restraining order taken out by his ex-partner and mother of his two children.

The 39-year-old faced Midland Magistrates Court via video link from Acacia Prison on Friday, accused of driving under the influence of drugs in High Wycombe in November last year, and had the matter adjourned until next week when he may enter a plea.
