Qian Liu (right) is on trial for the stabbing murder of her partner Han Lim Chin.

A Sydney restaurateur accused of murdering her husband has told a jury she had no intention of hurting him when she swung around towards him holding a knife she had grabbed from him.

Qian Liu said her husband then had his hands pressed over his chest and said "Oh, it hurts" to which she replied: "What is going on?".

The 35-year-old was giving evidence at her NSW Supreme Court trial on Monday where she has pleaded not guilty to murdering Han Lim Chin, 39, who was stabbed late on January 3, 2016, in their Riverwood granny flat.
