Angelo Gargasoulas, 26, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Friday when the court was told he would plead guilty to an undisclosed charge.

Drama simultaneously unfolded during the case as three armed police in bullet-proof vests attended to remove an unrelated person from the court.
